Our application procedure.

If you want to be part of our team, you must apply. Nevertheless, we search collaborators having the perfect match of which the personality and attitude complies with our company. We think ethics, trust, respect, familiarity, and personal involvement are important.
Our aim is to built up a long-term relationship.

As soon as we receive your application, the application procedure is started. At Brain Cell IT, this procedure is as follows:

1. CV assessment
   We screen your CV and decide if your skills and experiences match with the profile we are looking for.
2. In-depth interview
   In an interview, we introduce ourselves to each other. We challenge your professional and interpersonal skills. The impression you leave is important, because our collaborators have many contacts with our customers.
3. Decisive conversation
   In a final conversation we filter out our last doubts. If the outcome is positive, we agree on the basic understandings.
4. Contract offer
   Finally we offer you a contract and we explain you the practical issues.
